Skye Barclay (she/her) is a creative director and project manager with a community-rooted approach to storytelling and campaign strategy. With 5+ years of experience leading wide-reaching content initiatives, she specializes in managing cross-functional creative teams to deliver impactful, multi-platform work from billboards and branded videos to social campaigns and digital tools. She has shepherded over 500 creative pieces from concept to completion, spanning budgets from $5K to $50K and delivering measurable results across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
As the Creative Project Manager at BEAM (Black Emotional & Mental Health Collective), Skye has overseen national public art campaigns with 12M+ reach, developed viral social content totaling 2M+ views, managed website and tool builds, and led brand collaborations with 20+ companies like MTV, Lululemon, and Pinterest. Her work has earned a Webby Award and reached 1.3M+ through strategic placements and partnerships.
Previously, Skye developed and managed social media campaigns and video content in-house for entertainment brands including NEON, Skydance, Paramount, and Buchwald Talent Agency. With a hands-on background in photography, videography, and design, she’s uniquely positioned to lead creative teams while also stepping in to produce content when needed.
Outside of work, Skye is passionate about travel, language learning, and rollerskating, always bringing curiosity and culture into her creative process.
She holds a B.F.A. in Film & Television with a minor in Advertising from Chapman University.
