I worked as the project lead for this event. My tasks included ordering the materials, setting up volunteers, coordinating the photo booth, capturing photos and videos and much more.

During this event, I worked closely with the Happily team on event planning, oversaw the BEAM’s graphic designer, photographer, and videographers, and posted live social media coverage.
